GEG Express Blade
Kraftway GEG Express Blade servers have been developed as a result of a new data-center construction approach directed at merging a large number of ultra thin computer modules in a single chassis and usage of combined computation power.
GEG Express Blade is a low-profile, highly integrated class server. GEG Express Blade are efficient for Internet providers, communication operators and other organizations that pay particular attention to power consumption and space rent reduction. Large data-center servers, that consist of several low-profile computation modules, can be optimized to achieve the highest performance in highly compact configurations. GEG Express Blade servers are very efficient at large information arrays processing, like large databases, business information search and analysis, enterprise resource management and other tasks typical of banking, production, and research and development activities.
7U-server contains up to 14 computation modules supporting up to 2 Intel® Xeon processors. Each module supports up to 8 Gb DDR200 RAM with error correction code, occupies one package plug-and-socket and has 2 integrated 1Gb Ethernet interfaces. GEG Express Blade servers have a in-built management module and support remote server administration via Internet.
